Hopefully done tomorrow please.

Let's hope he wears #9 with pride in the style of BJ and Rama.

Then they should be milking the **** of the S Club 7 song and marketing it over Xmas. Call it the YESS Club

STARRING

couldnt he just be picked up as a dfa?
Only if he isn't offered another contract, which I thought he would have been. It wouldn't cost much via trade anyway.

Will be tough for GWS to maintain their stance of two first round picks.

If their cap situation is so dire that they’re willing to give Scully away for way under his value, then what happens if Shiel stays? They’ll be stuffed as that’s $800k they can’t get rid of. Shiel would have to agree at the last minute to go elsewhere but would have to be Saints as Blues and Hawks can’t offer much better.

It’ll get done but think we may get away with a first and second.

Out of curiosity, are the Hawks regarded as having the best medical team in the AFL? I read that somewhere else and wondered if it was true, where does Essendon rate vs the other clubs and whether that's at all a factor for Scully?

Maybe but weve got the best supplements

Is there a word for when you want to get excited but you're stuck waiting to be sure the event happens so that you feel free to experience and enjoy the excitement?

I bet it would be a good word...

Anticipation.

McClure said today that we were offering First and Future 3rd and that GWS wanted first and future first. He expects first and future 2nd as the middle ground.

That seems very fair to both.

Cant see in anyway Dodo giving up 2 first considering his number 1 target is Jack Martin.

I can’t explain it in a word, but I can in a sentence:

The 2018 Essendon trade experience is like watching PornHub off a dial-up modem.

Ess give: pick 9, future 1st, future 4th
Ess get: Shiel, haw future 2nd, gws future 2nd
Hawks give: pick 35 and future second
Hawks get: scully, ess future 4th
Gws give: Shiel, Scully, future 2nd
Gws get: pick 9, ess future 1st, pick 35

Worth it to get something off the hawks.
Gws might go for it since they are giving up scully cheap anyway

Thought it would have been made public by now.

Maybe he has to wait to see what happens with say the Suns ? They could lose May, Scrimshaw and Kolodjashnij. Off the top of my head I can only think of Sexton as a defender left- though obviously there are other's.

What if Hartley goes to Sun's with Future 1st for Martin ? Overs?

#9 + future second for Shiel. Get it done dodo.

If we can keep Hartley, good. But I'm sure some clubs would/will ask the question.

Premiership?

Would people offer up Laverde and Colyer to get Scully through the door

Apparently completed and passed a medical at the club over the weekend

The only issue is cap space which we dont have.

For me id be happy to hand up those 2 players for Scully to other clubs with him coming at such a low price.

Im still not sure if that would create enough cap room

Colyer, Luenberger, Baguely and Hartley for Scully and three 18 year olds on minimum wage!
