Mind you, I am waiting to arrival of the collectors box as well in the mail. That won't be in until tomorrow.

I'll be keeping my eyes on my phone all throughout the day.

I’d say it’s going to break, when was the last big name game that didn’t break apart from FIFA?

Some guy in America on Reddit got lucky, went to buy a download code for it from GameStop and they gave it to him, went home and downloaded it and it loaded straight into the game.

They've organised midnight launches and everything at EB and JB etc. so i don't see those stores being too keen to break street. Unless they change their tune and allow 6pm pick ups (reallllly hoping that happens)

Just spoke to the local eb about early drop. He kind of suggested it could happen - keep an eye of the eb facebook page, was his advice.

I didn’t buy it personally but didn’t the latest COD break? Thought I saw something about it.

First I'd heard of it but after a quick google it says the game didn't work anyway as it needed the day one patch. What other games though? More specifically big non annual games like this? If the likes of Spider-man, GoW, etc didn't break I find it hard to see this one breaking

Black Ops didn’t break, they allowed people to pick up the game Thursday afternoon/evening to do the installation and patch early in preparation for the servers going live at midnight.

If you pre-order from EB, they normally text you if a game breaks early. Had that for AFL Evolution and Far Cry 4 back when it broke

I ordered in August and not shipped yet. I know someone who lives in the same complex as me that ordered last week and it shipped lastnight and he said he just got it delivered to his work.

It wont break street date in the stores with how R* have been with people streaming early since the review embargo is until like 10PM or something like that tonight.

They wont want anyone streaming before the embargo is over.

I got Madden from them and it was a 1 day turn around got it a day early. but also had a couple of orders that were 2 days with free prime shipping.

My order was supposed to ship yesterday according to the site and when i made my order, and my card was charged yesterday.

I might have to rent it from EB for the weekend if my post office are slack. They are shit and always forget to send stuff out if it gets there late and some of the workers act like assholes when i go in and say there is a package for me here but wasnt sent out with the postie.
