I think Melbourne will take Bailey Williams with GWS having Briggs and Mumford potentially coming in, nice to
see a draft without Max King at St Kilda's pick.

Think I'd have meltdown if we took Foley over O'hallaran or Hill.

Fair call Easty, especially with O’Halloran still available.

How I see it is one inside player in Foley and one more outside player in McLennan.

Good balance their and the strategy that I want to see used from the Eagles unless there’s a definite first rounder that’s slid outside.

I'd be happy with McLennan and O'h. Solid selections. One HBF for future and one mid who can go fwd and inside or out.
I'd view Hill as a first round slide, and also a winger rather than small fwd. I'd be drafting him to play similar role to Brad Hill. If he's still on the board at our picks I'd be gutted we didn't select him. He can make the ball talk by foot.

Foley I see as a 40+ pick, he was an overager this year and was ok but not dominate.

By the sounds of things Ian Hill is likely to be second round at the earliest Easty.

Currently isn’t amongst the 20 or so draftees invited to attend the draft but could change in the next fortnight.

Who has been invited? Wow that could be a score!

Not seen the list of names invited but I’m going off what’s Twomey said in the R.T.T.D podcast last week.

My read is that clubs are concerned with the go home factor, again a thing that makes him more appealing to West Coast.

I personally wouldn’t want us to reach and draft him early just because of that but. Let the Dockers get him at 30 odd or have an interstate team make a move on him.

I’m being pedantic, but there are likely to be around 25 picks in the first round.

Are you blokes drinking Bush Chooks?

I think it's been bumped out of the top 40 nominally due to all the academy bids.
Not really, Brisbane's pick should be #38. Comes in after Collingwood matched for Kelly and before St Kilda's pick. Try again lads.

I’m being pedantic, but there are likely to be around 25 picks in the first round.

That’s true. At the same time they only really present the top 10 on stage.

I remember Nakia Cockatoo got a late call up a few years back so we might see the same with Hill.

Yeah or he doesn’t get one because no top 10 teams are interested, but he is then taken by freo with 14 (which probably is 16).

Personally, I think there will be better talent available there than Hill.

Think late first round/ early secnd round that GWS, Adelaide and the Dees are his big chances.

Can't see him getting past Melbourne's 2nd round picks.

Wouldn't be happy for Tigers to take a small forward in McHenry, when we already have Rioli Butler Castagna Bolton in that position while big bodied midfielders in Ely Smith & Xavier O'Halloran are both still available.

I'm pretty doubtful that we'd take Caldwell, given we have an abundance of inside kids already and will be getting Rhylee West (a pure in and under type player). Feel like Jordan Clark would be the more likely pick for us there. Also you have us taking a 3rd mid at pick 35 which just makes it stranger to me

I’ve been tossing between Smith and King at 7 for you guys Virgin.

You think B. King over Bailey Smith?

Valente and Sparrow would be perfect
