Hey everyone,
Fill out the following form below so that we can get an early gauge on the interest for each state - pick one of the six states indicated. There is no guarantee that all of them will feature when the series gets organised so pick a secondary state as well just in case there's not enough numbers to fill a team for any particular state so that you won't get excluded. Bear in mind, that your preferred state and the secondary state will always remain the same unless some extraordinary circumstance arises that the current framework doesn't account for. You can't swap states from year to year as that would defeat the concept. So please be honest when nominating.
You can put down your CV or resume if you like stroking your own ego. But if you've never achieved anything in this league and don't want to admit it publicly it's perfectly acceptable just to omit that section.
