Anyone can be 'forced' to answer questions under a coroners inquest.
Could be some people surrounding POIs who will be forced answer questions they don't want to but face jail if ghey don't answer inquest questions or lie.

Chris Dawson who is suspected of murdering his wife Lyn didnt even show up for the last Coroners Inquest so he avoided all questions to no consequences. So perhaps they can be compelled but they have to appear first?

Do you have a link Melsy?

Shell,
Do you have a link Melsy?
Not following that case but maybe being a POI it means they can't incriminate themselves?
Its all state by state.
Do you know?

This is WAs inquest details.

Naming all the suspects here on ACA. Jones and Spedding.

On the fourth anniversary of the disappearance of William Tyrrell, it has emerged that a burnt-out car abandoned deep in the bush has come to investigators' attention.

The wreck has been found in the bushland surrounding Kendall on the New South Wales North Coast, just a short drive from where William, then aged three, vanished from his grandmother's home in 2014. (the grey car, same as the one seen out the front of the house)

One person of interest in the case is Tony Jones.

I think the grey car was quite new. However if all the VIN etc removed then highly suspect. Stolen car?

The suggestion I think is that it was the suspects car, Tony Jones. He had two, the white station wagon was taken away by police in 2015.

Very odd no mention earlier of the vehicle. If its TJs car thats very interesting!
Already went to prison other charges.

While watching the video I was thinking that if they were fair dinkum they'd reference the VIN, engine number or frame number to find out whose car it really was but at the end they said it was his car, so they must have.

I have an aerial of a white stationwagon and grey car parked in the neighbours drìve.
Saying the husbsnd used wifes car without position sounds like wife going to see clairvoyant about whether husband did it.
Sounds like an element of distancing one from the crime.

TJs burned out car not far away. So someone has run and swapped cars.

Another car ended up in Brisbane. Little wonder police put a reward up around there.

Was TJs offences boys and girls? Or just say boys?

So swapped WT from the abduction car to another and burned DNA evidence in the abduction that sounded like it wasnt that old.
Not as old as that Camry?

Potentially 3 cars involved being so close the abduction site?

So both cars were his. One found burned out? Who was in his other car?

What other DNA of persons was found in the Camry?
Obviously family and?

It was the wife's car?

TJ knew the bios well. The wife was good friends.

So TJ may have met William before WTs third birthday via bio grandma

Car wreck found burned out not far away. Obviously no DNA in the Camry.

So someones car has DNA in it; another person...

Maybe someone's car that should have WT DNA in it...

The original POI had a washing repair shop front and sales in another town where TJ lived in the same street.

Once a correctional facility was built, the two happened to move with each other (not necessarily in synchrony ) in the same street where the original POI (whitegoods man) had washing shop to a new town not far from each other (about 20 mins apart) had a pawn shop.
One being white goods repair, the other roaming scrappy probably did business together in recycling old whitegoods for sale. In the old town TJ had bought a washing machine off washing machine man.
Police had found a bag of mobile phones in the pawn hock shop which could be used to take pics and send via WIFI with only association of past owners of the MAC address etc in the metadata via say a publiccoffee shop WIFI.
Disposable cameras as such.
Not todays phones though.

It appears the big driver for many pedos and or druggies is the potential cash sales out of photos.

William Tyrrell inquest to open in March

Jodie StephensAAP - December 19, 2018 9:29AM

It isn’t possible to conclude that missing NSW boy William Tyrrell is dead based on the current evidence, a court has heard.

A directions hearing was held at Glebe Coroner’s Court on Wednesday ahead of an inquest into the three-year-old’s disappearance and suspected death more than four years ago.
