Depends what sort of break it is.
It could mean a hairline fracture which is obviously not as bad as a compound fracture.
Let's hope it's very minor.

Innocuous usually just means the way in which they injure themselves.
Usually ACLs are incidents that are fairly minor, like landing in the wrong position or turning wrongly.
