4- St Kilda’s Charter flight to China runs out of egg rolls.

Andrew Gaff will tear the Pies a new one at the MCG round 3, win the Allen/Glendinning Medal round 4, (albeit battered & bruised), kick a goal after the siren to beat Port round 5, (oh boy!), pip T Mitchell & Fyfe to win the Brownlow, and finish the year with a Premiership medallion around his neck...

Only have 1 prediction.
That we will again see that from Round 5 to about Round 20 we will see so much poor quality football that we will be begging for the finals to start.

No it won't. We don't have to play you mugs on Good Friday this year.
its actually not a dig at North .... i think its just as far as a marquee game go's its pretty low on the AFL's prioritys to make it work .... credit to North for giving it a crack but without the build up of a Dreamtime game or the ANZAC day game its not going to generate the same interest ... and with it failing with smaller clubs like yours and mine it helps justify to the AFL their reasoning for the unbalanced way they run the comp ..

1. AFLX will finally die after the AFL recognizes that most AFL fans do not want it
1.1 - The AFL appoints a new CEO (kind of cheating with a 6th here, but it'll be part of a result made by 1)

2. At least one club will have massive amounts of injuries, similar to Collingwood and Carlton last year
3. Lions miss the eight by percentage, end up somewhere between 10 - 14th
4. Hawthorn look like they will just make the finals thanks to the genius of Alister Clarkson, but miss by a game
5. Dayne Beams suffers an injury dealt by Robinson, Robertson, Zorko or Rich during the Easter clash between Brisbane and Collingwood

- GF will be the leagues oldest club against the leagues newest club.

- Brisbane the biggest movers finishing round the 4 to 6 mark.

- Geelong and North plummet down the ladder.

-Sydney just miss the 8.

- Tobes and Jezza both suspended.

- Dogs make a minor comeback finishing just inside the 8.

- Eddie McGuire finally fired from his media commitments after another indiscretion.

- A date is set for a Tassie team. Thinking being a bye a week will help players injury and health wise.

1/ Carlton and Gold Coast play 2 drawn games against each other , and both finish winless.
2/Carlton finish 18th ,giving Adelaide first pick in the draft. They use the pick on a player who turns out to be the next Lance Franklin/Anthony Koutoufides.
3/Calls grow into Stephen Sivagni's 'neportunist' management of the list.Sos proves to be the 'teflon sos' ,stays at the club , and by 2023 he has added 3 more nephews and 2 more cousins on the list to make it 7 Silvagni's playing AFL.
4/Gold Coast get beaten by 187 points by Richmond 38.17. 245 points to 7. 16. 58 points.For Richmond, Lynch kicks 15goals, Riewoldt 9 and Caddy 6.
5/Touk Miller of the Gold Coast becomes the first best and fairest winner for his club, not get a vote in the browlow for that year.

Not a fan of overseas teams.....
1. Harley Bennell retires and leaves the system prior to his contract completion. Freo are going to have to pay him whatever they agreed this year, so they may well make it via injury so they might be able to move some outside theTPP.

It seems they've done what they can and their welfare department has other new arrivals and youngsters to look after. The resources would be better spent elsewhere.

2. More rumblings of discontent from the Bulldogs. They have had a large player turnover for what's being sold as a young developing list.

A lot of premiership heroes seem to have gone into sharp decline, and the issue now us to create the right environment for the young talent that has come in.

I dont think they're ready to face the need for change just yet, and with the 2016 still giving them a warm glow, it'll take a while.

3. The Crows will march straight past the injury curse and the questioning of their culture and surge back into premiership contention. They may have made a misstep but they remain fundamentally a strong list with a strong club culture in my view.

4. Brett Deledio may not last the season. He's been a great player and can still play. His track record with us is fresh injury every time he starts to look like a good trade though.

No-one's fault in my view, medicals pre-trade are about probability and you can make a good bet and lose. No-one has faulted his commitment and effort. Sometimes these things happen sadly.

5. The resurgence in the value of rucks to continue. The centre square changes will create some space for the better rucks to target their teamates advantage. The ability to take the ball directly will remove some of the nonsense shortarse "dead rucks" we've seen in the last couple of years.
Please dont change, it's always comical and predictable.
