West Coast can just pick him up, once the end of November rolls over & he elects not to nominate for the draft.

You are wrong.. A delisted fa is a player who was not offered a contract. He will be offered a substantial contract by Geelong...if prefers WC then a trade must take place.
Coniglio is just money if WC have the space they could end up with both ..but due to space it would not surprise me that they have to trade someone out.
