2019 rule change from the AFL.

The 'hands in the back’ rule interpretation has been repealed so a player can now:

• Place his hands on the back of his opponent to protect his position in a marking contest
• PROVIDED he does not push his opponent in the back.

So with that change, plus the non-afl level umpires letting other things go (effective tackles, throws, ducking) it won't get paid much in the aflw.

Yeah those needs to be called. So many legal tackles resulted in a play on or even a free kick against, despite them not being dangerous tackles.
