Then, Stringer - the most overrated player in the game - does one of his lazy, selfish efforts where he hangs out the back, this time he got the ball and instead of thinking it through and kicking the goal or sharing, went the mug lair goal hog option and kicked it INTO a Geelong player on the goal line.

While this is happening DERWAYNE is chuntering on about "STRINGER! OH HE'S GOT ALL THE TRICKS, HE'S AN EXCITEMENT MACHINE!"

Shiel is a good player, I'd have him at North for sure, but he doesn't solve their problems. He's another of what they already have in Merret and Heppell. They still lack a big beasty inside ball winner.

The little umpire hurled the ball further than both opposing rucks imagined and it was swooped on by a Bris mid after had cleared the two rucks. Bam whistle blown, pinged for not being a nominated ruck in the contest. I just rolled over and went back to sleep.
