I need to try and get a good homebrew stout on the go in time for winter
Do you all grain brew or use the extract cans/bottles?

Nice! Our thread’s better anywayYeah I just checked out the thread Bender linked and saw you're into it. I'm pulling out the old gear and having a crack again

If this thread is the WAFL, then avishka5 is Brady GreyThis thread is like the WAFL of beer drinking. Sure it's important to have these feeder ammo leagues, but in the end they've still got day jobs.
Thats the last time I allow you to push my stool.I dislike both of them equally.
Bit of a selection down here at cape cellars View attachment 627147
Finally got my hands on the Colonial IPA. Not bad but not something I can see getting on the regular basis.

Man a 6 pack of that plus a coopers long neck absolutely ruined me last night.I love it
Supremely overratedA good expression of the variety. Nothing to dislike.
Has me completely baffled as to why I would shell out over 10 bucks a tin. Would rather an SN Torpedo for under 7 bucks for a similar beer experience.
At 20+ bucks a litre I expect an earthly experience that approximates suckling at God's very breast. I expect more than nice.
I haven't had a Modus Operandi in a good while. I too have a hard time stomaching the prices.
Anyone tried their IIIPA?
I don't know what the extra I stands for. What the **** do all the III in front of the IPA stand for? thats ridiculous

I'm no expert but I think Saisons keep pretty well, maybe even taste better in that ~1 year range than fresh? Was at Danny Murphy’s just then and was gonna buy a 4 pack of gage roads Saison but the date of manufacture was a year ago. Is this sort of thing common and would it taste normal.
