It’s the same thing that frustrates me about Varnhagen too.
And Marinoff’s kicking has been average today.
But a win is a win so I’m guessing they’ll be ok with the GWS ultra flood.

Varnhagen is the weakest link in the side by a fair bit imo.

They are flooding pur fwd contests, we need to kick over the contests and run onto the ball towards goal. We aren't going to out mark them so I don't know why we persist in trying.

Another when she had a player running on the outside with no defender and instead tried to pierce a kick down the guts direct to the GWS player. She does some ok things here or there but just the ledger doesn't balance enough at the moment imo.
