Grundy copped a high corkie in the 4th. That, along with his reluctance to kick this pre-season (over the two games, 6 kicks and 26 handballs), has put a bit of doubt in my mind for starting him. Still in my team for now but i won't be worried taking him out.
There's no way he is going to go up in price this year, put it that way.

Walsh 97.

Watch him score 40 round one after smoking the JLT

It's what happened to Andrew Brayshaw last year.

"High-priced rookies? Nah. But look at those JLT scores! Locked."

Both Brayshaw and Dow got to $300k and was able to be downgraded to 120k rookies for $180k cash in bank.

They might be slow burns, but at least they were playing and made some coin. Same can't be said about others.

True but he will still out score the third best ruck

Which is also who this year?

Goldy, Stef, Jacobs, Nank, Hoff, Witts.

Grundy's price will drop but whose will rise?

I'll pay the extra $150k for Grundy because it's preferable than throwing a dart at a dartboard.

agreed, Walsh has a tank, he is not Brayshaw OR dOW with 55% - 60% whatever TOG.

Brayshaw isn't as good as Walsh. Walsh is ahead in terms of playing at this level. Plus if Ross hadn't severely restricted Brayshaw's game time he would have actually been decent.

Big difference in TOG% between Brayshaw & Walsh though. Walsh played 84% today, the kid has a tank.
