All I had left was dads stash of Hustler magazines out the back of the garage. That publication turned me into a fervent supporter of free speech.

Suspect a lot of people who advocate for ‘socialism’ casually don’t really mean socialism. Most advocates for capitalism agree with a social safety net where it’s feasible etc. The argument then is more about the level of taxation and government spending and regulation.

Where people actually advocate socialism, and there’s no shortage of people genuinely calling for ‘ending the profit motive’ and municipilisation en masse, most reasonable people run for the hills and it’s in the interests of those just advocating for better healthcare etc to draw a line and differentiate themselves from the extreme.

Admittedly, I have never fully examined the Marxist theology but I have taken note of enough to know that a part of the Marxist agenda for communism is to compromise religion. Does the pedophile network running through the churches make more sense now?!? All part of the agenda!

Just want to get a few opinions on here because I think this s**t is becoming a bit ridiculous now. I'm honestly disgusted over how many of my own generation (I'm 29 years old,) are pushing for socialism. Is it the universities pushing this? Is it due to social media's U.S left bias? Are we just going to keep repeating the idiot cycle that's been done to - literal - death. Why is this new rhetoric of "real socialism hasn't been tried yet," becoming so abundant? It's one of the more idiotic things I've ever heard - how often do you hear "real nazi-ism just hasn't been tried yet"?

It's downright scary that this is becoming a thing again. All one has to do is look at Venezuela and Cuba right now for **** sake. I thought 5G was meant to scramble our brains? What's the point - seems to me that some of our young brains are already scrambled.

That you don't see federal funding announcements at election times for what they are, and it's not about helping young people learn or old people get healthy, is your issue.
