Yep pretty close to my exact thoughts.

He did win the Australian Guineas from a wide barrier which was a much stronger race than this

Not sure how it’s a much stronger race?

Happy clapper
Alizee
Harntell

Are all better horses than anything Grunt beat that day.
Or are you mixing the Guineas up with the Makybe Diva Stakes?

Yeah I missed that call - truly horrendous to say it was a much stronger race than this. He beat Peaceful State and Bring Me Roses FFS - the 3 you mentioned would slaughter those.

He can't be talking about the MD as he drew 6 there and settled just forward of midfield as he always does.

Good field, I think at their best Happy Clapper wins this, as the classiest in the field, if not for Winx would probably have another handful of G1 wins.

Alizee and Mystic Journey are too short for me, although Alizee is a real star.

I think Amphitrite could run a place too at odds with a low weight and class jockey. The barrier isn't great though.

Ladbrokes have a market where they've priced every runner at $101 to win (or lose for the walkers) by a certain margin, won't be betting on any of them just thought it was interesting: https://www.ladbrokes.com.au/?a=574141&c=2/racing/horses/flemington/75447625-all-star-mile/ 100/1 tab next to Win / Place

What would a fair price for UR be? $500? $1000? $10000? I have no idea

i think around ~4,000-5,000 is what id price him from a few things i've seen.

Dom Beirne said his best is 12L behind which i would price at $5500. others would says he's just no chance because of the consistent top line depth at the top, outside a bradbury which doesn't really happen on the flat so write your own ticket. he will defnitely trade at the 1,000 on BF.
