EDIT: this is wrong

Don't quote me, but assuming TAS v WA is drawn, I think the table will be:
50.31 - VIC
38.46 - NSW
31.24 - TAS (29.44 + 1.80 from today: 8 wickets (100.0))
30.90 - WA (28.44 + 2.46 from today: 346 runs (100.0))
30.82 - QLD
15.41 - SA

38.46 - NSW
30.90 - WA (includes 2.46 from today: 346 runs (100.0))
30.82 - QLD
30.24 - TAS (includes 1.80 from today: 8 wickets (100.0))
15.41 - SA

Thinking out loud cos I'm not 100% sure:
- the maximum points for a team bowling first is 7 (6.0 for win + 1.0 for 10 wickets within 100 overs)
- thus if WA/QLD/TAS bowl first in their next game, they cannot overtake NSW
- if NSW bowl first, they are guaranteed to gain some points

Assuming NSW earn 0 points, other than the win:
- WA need 7.57 points, or 1.57 batting points (357 runs after 100 overs)
- QLD need 7.65 points, or 1.65 batting points (365 runs after 100 overs)
- TAS need 8.23 points, or 2.23 batting points (423 runs after 100 overs)
Tassie are 29.44 before today, so they're ahead of Queensland. Plus WA have their bowling points as well.
