How come the players of African descent aren’t blowing other players up, raping other players, invading other players homes etc

How come in an average winning team, the average players have an average performance yet the coach doesn’t call them a bunch of lazy smashed avocado eating sharia law voting hippies, who don’t contribute to the team’s success?

How come the coach doesn’t just select the few more expensive players and ask them to go it alone, instead of part of a “socialist” team?

The draft and salary cap is not merit based. Clubs that are rich have to give money to the poor clubs. The free agent draft compo is going to a whole new level of socialism. There isnt much merit based about sport anymore.

You still have to be above the average to make it and stay inside an AFL team. If you're not blessed with talent you need to work your arse off. Remember Max Rooke? I don't believe he had any 'natural gifts' for the footy but he was absolute blue collar at the coalface. He worked HARD to be a multi-Premiership player in an ultra-competitive era at Geelong and got there on merit.
