How many years he got left on his contract? Hope he can find a spot in the team this year would be sad to see him off to another club
He was very unlucky to be dropped IMO

I don't like the decision he was getting the consistency for the first time.
Will leave at years end.
I suspect this is the reason.Look at our team guys. He is the least physically developed player amongst all of them. No way he could back up and play seniors again in 4 days.

Big difference between a 4 and 7 day backup if he is a little sore.i wonder if he'll play VFL this week ....
He just turned twenty and is on the verge of breaking into a best 22 that will be contending for a premiership over the next couple of years. He’s still very raw and undeveloped physically, so he’s the obvious choice to make way for a three times Coleman medalist when we have a four day turnaround. From all reports, he has a very strong relationship with all of the indigenous boys at the club and is rated super highly internally. He isn’t going anywhere.Carlton should be heavily into him. Feels like the depth chart at Richmond for his position is insurmountable at this stage.
Really noticed just how slight shai Bolton isLook at our team guys. He is the least physically developed player amongst all of them. No way he could back up and play seniors again in 4 days.
Rubbish. He had five tackles against Port Adelaide and his intensity and defensive pressure was outstanding. Fell off a bit against Sydney but people keep forgetting that he just turned twenty and he’s still very undersized for an AFL player. When he fills out and gains confidence in his body, he will be a star. He has enormous potential.Bolton is very unlikely to make it at Richmond
He lacks the one thing that Dimma insists on.
Intensity
He is young, quick and has X facrot, but his lack of maniacal pressure at the contest means he will always be the last promoted, and the first dropped.

Sat few rows behind the bench, on Saturday night,, he was blowing up every time he came off, still a long term prospect, still think he will make it
4 day turn around as wellYep. Has a lot of talent and is unlucky not to be playing tonight, but agree his lack of tank is still an issue. He’s always gassed it seems. You probably should be at times but he just seems overly so to me.
Agree. Question is more whether he will be back in the team next round.Look at our team guys. He is the least physically developed player amongst all of them. No way he could back up and play seniors again in 4 days.
