I know, its really doing my head in. Im not even frustrated by Longmire advocates any more, its been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that Longmire is and has been underperforming with an excellent list and has buckled it now.

Annoying thing is Rowbottom got something like 12 disposals, which is about Jack's average anyway. Big difference though is that Rowbottom uses the ball way better than Jack and he has a lot of room for growth, something Jack does not have.

Im at a total loss about it. At my workplace Id have Longmire at least on a performance improvement plan if not dismissed based on last few years results and decisions.
