A few interesting names here if they are in similar positions come years end.

Could be lured away with a chance to establish themselves at AFL level.

Genuinely surprised no one has mentioned Darcy Parish here.

Was mentioned a while back. Would be a decent player to pick up. Also with being only an hours drive away from his best mate might entice him further.

Would defiantly fill a role in our team.

Pretty vanilla and not cheap ,the backbone mid Miller ,swallow , Powell , Weller ,Bowes already there , what GCS need is capable backup that are willing to spend time in NEAFL -Bastinac and Christensen type for two to three years and phase them out later .

We’ve talking on the Lions page about which out of contract players might be possible delist candidates.

This year we’re likely to see a genuine list squeeze. Especially as we have one definite and possibly two rookies that will be upgraded to the senior list.

We also have two academy prospects that possibly receive second or third round bids.

So there’s potentially 5 out of contract senior players being delisted, or moved to the rookie list.

Might be one or two who might offer something to your list.

Allen Christensen is certainly on shaky ground. So might be Ben Keays and Ryan Bastinac.

They might help us be competitive in NEAFL
I guess the Club has to decide on priorities
But I can think of 3 or 4 players they would be upgrades on
Doubt those guys would ever play AFL unless we were back to 22 injuries
Interesting names in the mid season draft nominations (Brodie Foster in there) Rueben William former Lions player now playing for Footscay May be an option , huge pace on him

Yeah but if he want to draft Barlow I rather Lonergan

Need mature player minimum age 23 instead of young player like fletcher
I don't mind age 21 or 22 but they must be utility that can play various position . Sam fletcher in my opinion is a skinny Brodie.
