Abblet high contact again

The FoxFooty commentators don't seem to think there's much in this somehow, but this is a completely unnecessary elbow to the head for the second week in a row...

Thoughts?

Cats fans will tell you he was trying to smother a looping handball and his old age meant his reactions are a bit slower these days.

Can't see how he doesn't get a fine for it. But unlikely to be suspended. I thought Cunnington would go for his hit v Essendon but he didn't, and I don't think it's that different to the Shiel one last week. So on the precedent offered multiple times this year it's a fine.

Insufficient force.
The 2019 Chook Lotto guidelines say: "Notwithstanding any other part of these guidelines, any Careless or Intentional strike which is of an inherently dangerous kind and/or where there is a potential to cause serious injury (such as a strike with a raised elbow or forearm) will usually not be classified as “Low Impact” even though the extent of the actual physical impact may be low. Such strikes will usually be classified at a higher level
commensurate with the nature and extent of the risk of serious injury involved."............except for when they rule that this doesnt actually apply...

Almost identical to last week, so another fine I guess

The North player changing direction at the last second played a part in GAJ unintentionally collecting him high. As everybody has said, he should be fine.

the North guy was trying to avoid contact to continue his run. Gaz literally changed direction to block him and subsequently elbowed him in the head. It's definitely intentional contact but will probably be insufficient force.

Doesn’t matter. It’s twice he’s done the same identical thing. Clearly has an issue with swinging raised arms around carelessly and someone needs to stop it before he collects a players jaw. Punish the action not the outcome..
There still has to be enough force to warrant a suspension. Otherwise guys will be getting done left right and center
