Do you ever get the feeling that we get used as the AFL's crash test dummy when it comes to this stuff, due to the fact that we're the little guys on the block, with barely any allies in the media, resulting in the least amount of blow back as the AFL continues to tweak the game to best suit it's corporate outcomes?

Jack Ziebell?

Lindsay Thomas?

..............and now Sam Durdin?

That rule is crap, Durdins hit was a fair hit and was just an accidental head clash, feel sorry for the bloke.
Durdin or Rohan? I feel for Sammy whose career is slipping away slowly on the back of not being able to get on the park in what is a pivotal year. As far as Gary Rohan goes It was unfortunate but is just a part of the game, always has been. If the tribunal is going to suspend people based on the damage caused in an incident rather than the intent, which seems to be the case they should wait to see if the victim gets up for next week. I seem to remember a lot of Footscray players getting delayed concussion symptoms from clashes with our guys that they unveil at the trial and get over in time to line up for the next game.
