I’d just about trade you.
I had a four time Brownlow Medalist Richmond fan in front of me who was the biggest sook I’ve ever encountered at the footy. Other fans never get to me but this bloke...
Geez he must have been some player! At one point when he was lamenting Baker for being far too slow to dispose of the ball his feet had yet to hit the ground whilst taking possession, Do something Ellis!! Was another of his favorites.
All day this shit went on it just done my head in.
Finally he turned onto the hawks but he was yelling at Sicily about how he’s the worst defender in the game, Was just ****ing embarrassing.

Went to the game today.
Well played Tiges - good win.
Difference was Dusty - a real leaders game from him today. It was surprising how many times his teammates were looking for him with a pass or handball, he didn't let them down.

The much anticipated ruck contest was a fizzer after McEvoy injured his leg about 5 minutes into the first quarter.
McEvoy came back on the ground for another 35 minutes but couldn't turn, was grounded as he couldn't land on his leg and was shuffling like Cliffy Young. Gave up after half time. (Hawks also further crippled with Mitchell Lewis off in the third quarter.)
Having said that Soldo played well certainly gives you more as a tap ruck.
Good performance, with more gametime he could develop into a fine ruck.
When McEvoy was rucking, Ceglar was causing a few problems taking marks up forward.
Ceglar also played a kick behind play and was generally better than Soldo around the ground.

Hawks played well at the start of each quarter, were wasteful with their set shots though. Tigers finished each quarter stronger.
Killed off the game at the end of the 3rd.

Loved watching Houli play live. The workrate of that guy is phenomenal.

It's funny, even with McEvoy on, Soldo still did enough to allow us to smash them in center clearances. Think it was 4 to zip in the first 5 minutes. That is what we have been screaming out for, while we have a weakened midfield, getting the ball tapped to advantage just makes the mids jobs easier and they responded Felt for the hawks when they lost there two players, but remember, we lost two early against freo plus played in Subi just a week ago, while also having 12 players out..balances out a little.

Like I said early this week, its about work rate. We bring it and we are very hard to play against.

What we are seeing are the rewards of our recent success.
With the lack of injuries recent years so therefore lack of opportunity,
we’re seeing the hunger and fire from those who stuck fat with the club.
Success breeds success!

What's also fantastic, our VFL side even though majorly weakened due to our injuries in the seniors....are 6-0! So we have another crop of quality kids bashing the door down. We are in a seriously good place for sustainable success as a club. I am stoked!
