I've only ever visited the coastal areas of Queensland, so don't know what the farmers up there are like. But I grew up on a farm in rural Victoria, so I'm gonna say Vic farmers are better looking regardless!

I wouldn't say that, I would say there's a disproportionate amount of Christian conservatives and a lot of people who have a disdain for the environment. It hasn't changed since Koh Belke-Petersen tried to put hotels on mangrove swamps and bulldoze the Daintree rainforest.Plus the criminal landclearing that is out of control.Most Queenslanders just see $ signs when there is environmental destruction up there. QUT and Griffith are nowhere near Monash in terms of International Rankings. Monash ranked 91st in the world on the ARWU, QUT ranked in the 201-300 band, Griffith in the 301-400 band.

Bond doesn't even rate in the top 500. Neither does SCU or CQU or USQ. RMIT in the 401-500 band.

Deakin, Swinburne and LaTrobe are all well in front of those unis.

Melbourne is expensive as **** and barely cheaper than Sydney. Footy is a national Comp so you can live in backwaters like the gold cost or Adelaide and still get a footy fix, everywhere has good bars, restaurants and breweries (most Melbourne ones serve hipster **** that is undrinkable).

Leftist local identities such as Charlie Pickering, Jane Caro, Waleed Ali and Michelle Lawrie have since got on their soap box to criticise the majority of the country for electing a government that didn’t believe in socialism.

Crime continues to spiral out of control in Melbourne and the state Labor government have now all but confirmed there is a massive budget black hole which will result in huge debts while the government refuses to budge on the east west link which they have already wasted $1.3bn on and the federal government have been forced to step in and build the road to stop it from being a political football for Andrews ego.

The most perplexing thing about the whole situation is that the majority of people in Victoria genuinely believe in the socialist propaganda they are fed. They believe they are the majority and anyone who doesn’t agree are uneducated, scared rednecks. It is time Australia booted them out of the commonwealth so they can have their socialist paradise in peace
