This is a must win, Essendon are completely depleted. A loss, or worse a thrashing and I'll personally start to question whether Bolton is the man to take us forward. Either way GO BLUES!

Yep, our Sunday-heavy schedule is pretty good news for interstate Carlton supporters, especially in the northern States. Particularly because the AFL schedule tends to consecutively "stack" the games involving our "local" teams (presumably to try and hold viewers of the first match to watch the second), which involves extensive use of the Saturday-twilight timeslot. Even without any Friday nights, I am seeing many more of our games than last year, thanks to the 3.20pm Sunday timeslot.

(I also like it because it greatly increases the hope/deflation ratio of most weekends...)
