Good - Tim Smith. I am sorry, but he has to stay, and if that means Weidemann goes (because TMac was much better today), then so be it. I love his aggressive style, his old fashioned approach and his nous for a goal. I sincerely hope he stays on our list and I think that he could be a very good player for us.

Frost - Has become a seriously good defender now. Love how he is maturing and taking it on. His disposal and decision making has improved out of sight.

Gawn - Where would we be without him?

Bad - Decision making still isn’t great. Making some costly errors. Skills at times were VFL standard. Need to get a whole lot better.

Ugly - Not much.

Winning when we were somehow favourites. Didn't really see the first half but good to hang in when we were playing poor football. Well from what I heard we were getting it ok but just making fundamental mistakes and were as usual wasting inside 50s. Good that we were able to fix those things in the second half. Good to see Viney and tmac finding form. Tmac looked like he needed vfl time two weeks ago but looked more confident today. Lockhart looked pretty comfortable, hore keeps improving each week. So some good signs from lesser experience players.

Haha, fair enough. I think the 3 of them work well together because Smith isn't really a tall forward ... the reason you don't want to many talls in there is one of his strengths, his pressure game. He plays more like a medium forward, just with a really good set of hands

Honestly I'm a vindictive campaigner and hoped Hogan would be a bust for Freo but seeing his emotional face on the bench with tracksuit on reminded me he's a human being and what a s**t run he has had. Good luck to the guy I say.
