I doubt it.At least it's not Armitage and Acres might get some more time in the middle
More chance of us winning a flag that Newnes getting anywhere near BOGJack Newnes to be BOG in inspirational win over N Melbourne, Big Footy implodes under conflicted emotions of Saints fans. Bookmark it.
He went off at the start of training with the physio's but came back out and did all of the match sim and was one of the best. But it was noticeable he looked sore every time he went to stand up.“It was always part of the plan that Dan would need a break at some point after an initial block of games, and with a bit of soreness lingering after the Richmond match, it made sense to do it this week,” Head of Performance Matt Hornsby said.
“He was able to get through our main training Thursday, but we feel that missing this weekend is the best approach as we continue to build his workload.
“He has come a long way over the past few months but it’s important we are patient and realistic in our expectations with a player who is returning mid-season.”
Hands up who believes the club.
Seriously, they must think we're complete idiots with how often they lie. Just tell us the truth.
I rather the guy slowly get back up to speed , than flog him and ruin all the work it has taken to get him to where he is now.Disappointed about Hanners. And he's also in my depleted SC team! But I did hear it said that he/they were worried after his first game that the second week after a long lay off can be tough. He got over that so I thought he'd be ok. Clearly not. If he's sore better they pull him out. Doesn't mean he's a bust.
So much angst.....

When you put that all together, Jesus that's not good.Cursed or just stupid
Freeman
Hanneberry
Ruck from Essendon that has done an ACL and has never played a game
King ACL
Bytel Back operation
Are we giving our self the best chance
How do you know it isn't and if they lie so much if they told the truth you wouldn't believe them“It was always part of the plan that Dan would need a break at some point after an initial block of games, and with a bit of soreness lingering after the Richmond match, it made sense to do it this week,” Head of Performance Matt Hornsby said.

So we got 2 games out of Hannebery, money well spent.
Also North play a very physical game. Reckon they'd be laying into him at every opportunity. They'll be hitting into our guys in every way possible. And in very cold conditions. If he's going to miss a game, this would be one.He went off at the start of training with the physio's but came back out and did all of the match sim and was one of the best. But it was noticeable he looked sore every time he went to stand up.
We won't know until next week, but their story matches what was seen so it's hard to disprove it at this stage.
Basically he's not Newnes I'd say.... I reckon people would take just about anyone on our list over him at this stage after the couple of years he has had. What's the sudden obsession with Langlands?

Been a few weeks really. Very promising, deserves a go etc etc. Getting reasonable numbers at Sandy. Been Emergency 2 or 3 times. Reckon he'll get a go soon. What's the sudden obsession with Langlands?
Our star recruit has played 2 of a possible 15 games, why wouldn't there be angst.Disappointed about Hanners. And he's also in my depleted SC team! No surprise to see him renamedIt’s honestly a joke if Newnesy comes straight back in.
The bloke has been piss poor for a good 9 weeks. Finally gets a much needed demotion to the VFL, and could come straight back in. Hardly fair for the blokes like langlands who has been playing consistently well and been emergency a few times.
I watched the game and he didn’t defend hard enough, Not to mention He only laid 2 tackles for the day in a wet contested game!
I’d be fine with him being promoted after a good run of 3 consistent weeks in the VFL. But if they bring him straight back in I’ll be livid! Doesn’t show integrity at selection whatsoever
