I like it. I guess the set-up is either
Aliir + McLean in the ruck with McCartin in defence and Reid forward
or
Reid + McLean in the ruck with Aliir in defence and McCartin forward
I'd prefer the 2nd option personally.
Freo have a huge/lumbering line-up. Sandilands, Lobb, Darcy and McCarthy all in the same side. Lloyd, Mills, O'Riordan, Stoddart, Aliir, Rampe should be instructed to get the ball moving very quickly out of defence and run in waves.

Aliir is named ruck and I reckon Plan A will be to expose Sandilands at the drop. Plan B will be McLean in the ruck and McCartin forward.
