In fairness, nothing that a lot of us aren't thinking ourselves.

"Betts dropped Walker survives. Interesting from Don..."

It was the emoji post on the AFL's page that got me. After how he got treated by Minibus Primus, I'm not sure why he'd be laughing at another player going through similar.

Just a bit of Rucci from this mornings Advertiser but a bit makes sense. He does love to use the urban myth comment to spread gossip though...

Teague left Adelaide in the fall-out to the 2017 grand final loss to Richmond to return to Carlton as an assistant coach. Despite building the league’s highest-scoring attack with a 108-point average, Teague’s forwards delivered their lowest score of the year - 60 points.

Teague’s exit from West Lakes is marked with unanswered questions. He speaks of Adelaide taking issue with him being “too honest” in his media appearances.

Urban myth highlights Teague challenging Pyke on the need for change to the team set-up at half-time of the 2017 grand final when the margin was nine points and ultimately became 48.

Now it is Pyke v Teague from opposing corners at the MCG ... with consequences well beyond the scoreboard with Walsh’s legacy living on well beyond Alberton and West Lakes.

Using urban myth, LOL, I see his sources have never changed.

No he isn't, unless it's a broken clock analogy. Don't give him to much credit.

Also fish actually rot from the inside, we've all fallen for sack the coach crap.

It's time for the players to wear one.
Listen to the video, why did we lose any quality assistant coach at the Club, why did we lose Mitch and Charlie. This is way past players and Don.

If you're just blaming the players you didnt understand the fish metaphor.

1) administration
2) terrible footy dept inc assistant coaches
3) Pyke (though his extreme conservatism and lack of motivating intent/emotion will be his undoing)
4) playing group...though harsh calls must be made. It’s not a nice guy contest.

That’s the order of blame I have.

Bringing up our coach/player retention issues doesn't stack up in terms of our on-field performances this year. We all acknowledge that we've had some retention issues for a long time now, and that didn't stop us from performing well in 2014-2016. The issues this year are clear. The playing group and coaching group are just not good enough. Cornes was just taunting us again. He gets off on it.
