Think of what happened the other times a Carlton player was “robbed”.

Nick Holland over Camporeale
Jesse Hogan over Cripps

Rob away my dear fellows if dems what results.

There’ll be no robbing this youngster is a shimmering light, Sam is a talented professional, wholesome AFL image. It was in the bag very early on.

The betting markets have him now at $1.01...some even have betting suspended lol (which means he's consiidered statistically certain).

Even more reason for the 'experts' to prove they have a vision beyond the norm. :)

Does anyone really think that all these individuals watch every game for every week of the year?
Even break-free, we're talking about 18 hours a week, every week. That's not going to happen, is it?

It's just that there's no point in time where Walsh has been able to be marked-down.

He started hot, nomination round 4 being one of the first of anyone.

He's finishing the year strong, arguably his best game last week with a cracker goal and 30+ possessions.

In the middle he has been super consistent, regularly amongst our best.

Statistically he is so far in front of anyone.

Conversationally he's always been the benchmark. First being compared with Rozee. Then Stack. Now Rozee again.

You just have to be a moron to vote any other way.

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting and chatting with Sam today at the 1979 premiership forum. Wow, for a just turned 19 year old he is mature beyond his years. So focused and determined and loving the Navy blue. Will be a long term superstar of our club, captain material. So lucky he's one of us; sign him up for 10 years!

So are you saying that Luke Darcy and Kevin Bartlett are still on the voting panel then.

If ever there was a season for disaster, and having everything that could go wrong go wrong, to end up with a pathetic two wins, it was the season that had Sam Walsh in the draft.
We lucked out.

Like the kitchen overcooking your entree and main, but the bringing out the world's best vanilla ice cream for dessert ;)
