Has this weekend been the worst for avoidable clashes in a long, long time?

Definitely 2003 round 19. So it did happen in the 2000s.

Ahhh good memory! That was the first Heritage Round, but neither of our clubs participated because we already had jumpers that were essentially our original/early jumpers.

I was at the Tigers/Blues game yesterday, it was terrible!
Its passable in Round 1 in nice weather under lights - but in the rain it was ridiculous!

Which means, unless we make jumper decisions in the hour before the game based on weather and conditions, it's not passable!
Imagine, you can wear navy vs black on a sunny day but not a grey day, if the weather comes in at half time you gotta change kits!

Well they should be in the clash no matter what (I'm an advocate for using ours) but to do it on a miserable Melbourne afternoon is just dumb
