Oh well, if we're good enough to win it we will show it in the finals, regardless of ladder position.

The wet killed us today; September is usually dry.

No melts required.

Simmo if only you had put someone on Martin from the start...heck even after half time

Collectively too many errors. If this a warm up for finals or we have peaked? The next couple of games will answer this.

Not all lost just yet. Must win next week

Rigged by the ******* umpires

Naaah, umpiring has been shite most of the year; normal state of affairs. We've only turned up to play for the one quarter, made way too many dumb mistakes under pressure and we have no plan B. If this is what we turn up with in the finals we're done.

We absolutely deserved to lose, and it's 100% on Simpson

When you let Dusty have 30 possessions to 3 quarter time and absolutely an utterly refuse to make a change and tighten up, you need your head read.

Melting hard

Played average/s**t for a majority of the game in terrible conditions and lost by a kick.

Not gonna be a dream finals run but we're definitely a good chance to make the big dance once again pending the boys hit 4 quarter form!

Great game! Bad luck boys! 1 lousy goal, 1 lousy point against Collingwood - hope this steels you for the finals. And Simmo, not so many talks FFS. Could be out of the 4 next week.

Eh.

Lost by a goal, in the rain, to one of the best wet weather teams ever, at their fortress.

We never gave up though. While we didn’t play the conditions that well, the backline turnovers killed us, and the midfield struggled, we only lost by a goal.

We’re in this season still, there’s no reason we can’t win it all.

dry day we smack them

Man down in their ideal conditions

I agree. But we needed the four points because ATM we’re travelling week one of the finals and it won’t be to Melbourne.

We aren't good enough. Plain and simple.

Richmond haven’t left their home for two months, just been sitting and waiting for the comp to come to them, we stuck fat right to the end even including whatever those unforced mistakes were and the unmitigated buggery from the umpiring department. We lost by a goal. We’re a great side, we’re in it all the way til the end.

Well, goodbye top 2 and we have no one but ourselves to blame.

Play 1 quarter vs Brisbane
Get flogged by the biggest bipolar team in Port at home
Get flogged by a bottom 4 team in Sydney
Lose to Collingwood after being up by ~3 goals at 3QT and not even scoring in the 4th
Have a blistering first quarter against Richmond and then go to s**t until the last 10minutes of the game

Anyone have any idea why we look so bad in wet weather when Perth winters are fkin miserable and should provide plenty of practice.
