Whats the green leaf ?



I had spag meatballs today veal,pork,onion garlic, parmesan, parsley, bread crumbs and an egg.
Cooked in a tomato sauce bottle of red
Not sure what its called,kind of a mustardy taste,growing it in my garden

I cant work out what it is ?
My mother had something similar in her veggie garden, I always thought it was a type of sorrel
She used it as a sour spinach type thing
This looks like it might be some sort of young kale type thing.
Does it have little yellow or white star shaped flowers and black mustard type seeds in pea type pods?

Havent got to the flowering stage,bought it in a packet with mizuna

Cant beat Mushrooms on toast cooked in lots of butter let them sweat and reabsorb the liquid .mmmmmm
Best tast for me is a tight cap with purple/pinkish gills ..after a few days the gills go dark and the flavour is still good but not perfect
