My mother had something similar in her veggie garden, I always thought it was a type of sorrel
She used it as a sour spinach type thing
This looks like it might be some sort of young kale type thing.
Does it have little yellow or white star shaped flowers and black mustard type seeds in pea type pods?

Screw the steak, would literally swim in that mash. Any secrets to it? I throw in garlic and some parmesan usually. Best tip I ever received was to whisk once mashed. So good.I think I've finally nailed the perfect steak!
A little bit of light milk and unsalted butter.. That's all, it was really nice.

Best tast for me is a tight cap with purple/pinkish gills ..after a few days the gills go dark and the flavour is still good but not perfect
