Wouldnt surprise and probably means North missed their targets and are re-signing Higgins and goldy, very happy for Cats to go to the draft...

No, re-signing doesn’t mean that at all.

We haven’t been massively linked to any trade targets and neither of us would know who each club is actually chasing or planning for.

Well this post got worse and worse as the season went on. Goldy is a massive upgrade and now that your season is done ruck and inside mid are two priorities.

Posters were saying he was cooked 3 years ago. Only Grundy and Gawn were better this year. He plays 90% of game time and doesn’t miss games.

Don’t see how a ruck of Goldy’s age or ilk is a need at all. Goldstein having a few big games towards the end of the year doesn’t change how inconsistent he was. Goldstein put in some big games at the end of the year to fool North into paying him overs both in dollars and contract length.

He only broke even with Zach Clarke this year FFS.

Yeah, cooked, a top 10 player in the compo this year according to CD.

The cats probably would of loved him tonight, he had 16 & 30 in his only game against Grundy this year.

Yeah massive 2nd half of the year!!

1st half of the year Averaged 15.8 disposals, 33.8 hit outs and received 15 coaches votes.
2nd half of the year Averaged 17.7 disposals, 33.1 hit outs and received 16 coaches votes.

Goldy is a big upgrade on TBC who had just the 15 hit outs V Pies and 16 hit outs V the Eagles. One is a bush ruck that other sits in the top shelf of AFL rucks.
 
Cats supposedly offered 4 years, wowser.
