The more we hear of tragic events, the more the emphasis on checking in on friends, family and co-workers.

5 minutes, that's all it takes.

It's amazing in the last few days I have encountered some friends who have opened up sharing their struggles in the past. To have a forum, an outlet, to just talk about it can give someone great relief. To know, they are not alone.
