That's the allegation. Why else would he be suspended? They would surely need to have reasonable grounds that he consciously tampered with the sample in order to suspend him.

they didn't say he tampered with it at all
just that there was an irregularity, so we don't know if he was caught tampering with it or if testing can prove it wasn't his urine.
if it was just a case of the urine not being his then we are still none the wiser as to how it was tampered with

how did the Russian athletes swap out their samples? they never tampered with it. they handed over their own urine only for the equivalent of ASADA to swap it out.
sounds like you are pretty closed minded as to the various scenarios, given there's been no confirmation on how the sample was tampered with.
