Jack Dyer kicks 4 in his 307th and then record number of games. Punt Rd Oval 1949.
He overtook the Pies Gordon Coventry’s 306 games so it was fitting the game was v Collingwood.
Long times Pies President Harry Curtis congratulates Dyer on his record.

Barrie Robran
North Adelaide Roosters (SANFL)

I've noted this before, but if you go to Adelaide Oval and walk across the bridge from the CBD, and come to the southern plaza as you cross War Memorial Drive this is what the Barrie Robran statute you are greeted with, is based on. The sculptor made it 125% of original Robran's height/measurements, just like he did with the Darren Lehmann and Jason Gillespie statutes behind the western stand. Other sculptors did the Blight and Ebert ones at 100% each.

The shirt front that didn't change the game Voss on Richardson at the Gabba 1996 - King Wally Lewis sitting next to Dipper was impressed with the hit and Richardson getting up when interviewed after the game by Dipper and co. (If you roll a few frames forward, Lewis and Dipper jump out of their chairs).

The bump that helped force Byron out of the game. 6 weeks for this 2005 bump in NAB cup game after rules were changed post 2004 GF. Port effectively cut Byron at end of serious slashing his base payment and more than doubling match payments as they couldn't trust he wouldn't be rubbed out for more games because of the 30% loading on all charges after getting the 6 games. Melbourne picked him up for 2006-07 seasons.

The aftermath of Byron's bump on Rhett Biglands in 2005 Showdown SF. Biglands went at Byron to bump, but left himself wide open and Byron didn't miss. Byron didn't get suspended for this one.
