Really the issue there was 4th and 8. Dumb playcalling on first 3 downs to need 8 yards there. Why was that pass not attempted on 1st or 2nd down?

I don’t reckon Darnold will feel ready to go until midseason, by which time the Jets fortunes will be clearer.

Could be QB controversy on both sides of the Meadowlands soon enough!

Don’t mean to jinx us but Bills have only given up 1 game of over 200 passing yards since week 8 last year (to Stafford, 208yds) so that would seem a bit unlikely! .
