As much as I love Cripps If I was starting a team from scratch tomorrow I'd pick Fyfe first and Grundy second.

Fyfe deserved the medal and well done to him.

He polled 21 from 2 wins, then 5 votes from 4 wins out of the last 7 games. He definitely got dudded 2-3 votes in those later matches, and Fyfe should have never got more than 1 vote for the Hawthorn match.

There's cultural problems at Freo and he's a big part of the problem. He's an amazing player though. No arguments there. Deserving winner.
