The issue is this is a game-day positive drug test finding.
Weed during the week falls under the AFL 3 strike rule.
Weed on competition day falls under ASADA's anti-doping code as taking a banned substance.

Also this second test was taken on game day after Essendon game (5 Sept) with the sports-drink sample taken a week or two before (20 Oct).
I'm guessing this is an intentional targeted test from ASADA after him first failing the initial test.
