Feel like he did that because the whole coverage leading up to the game commentary was making it out like was gonna be some nervous teenager overawed by the day; when he clearly is one of those guys w/ a "big games are where I belong" mindset. He is a role player and didn't wanna make this premiership about him. So in that light it makes sense he ended the interview after a condescending and rather silly question, given his performance and the clearly composed nature of him.
