It just goes to show what a great system we currently have at Richmond.

A mature age player has come from the other side of the country and a lower level, yet can immediately slot into playing 'the Richmond way' on the biggest stage.

Was clean at VFL level, clean at afl level(on the biggest occasion mind you) - the difference being when youre surrounded by quality players who run and spread to create space thats what can happen. Looked every bit a 100 game jet. Wowee we're in for an exciting 4-5 years with this guy

It just hit me, this guy had 22 touches, 8 contested, 3 clearances, 1 goal, 8 i50s and 9 score involvements, in a granny, and he is about to have his first AFL level pre-season. He will be a jet!
So exciting...wait till Marlion has a full AFL pre-season under his belt with us! Marlion and Stacky and Sheds...

Apologies if it’s in here already.

just listened to his interview after the game on 3aw

"I'll finish up at Richmond. Doesn't matter what other clubs offered me, gonna give it back to Richmond because they took the punt on me and it worked. Just going to be loyal to them"

******* oath

That will really rustle the Jimmy’s of the cats fans...
