If the trend of the last decade or so continues, it's our turn to have a home game in round 1.

I did hear a rumour somewhere that we’ll play Essendon at Marvel in Round 1 to mark 20 years since the opening of that ground but I wouldn’t bet on that.

We’ll probably open the season against Freo at home again.

Dream start would be Freo at home round 1 then the SUNS away round 2.

Where as lock Adelaide in for Carlton round 2 for the Betts match, getting Carltons big SA supporter base before their season is shot to s**t.

Minnows abounding for us as usual. I’m sure to get an early start on everyone hating 2020 with Ken still at the helm we get the Sunday Twilight game round 1 (the first of3 or 4 for the year). By god next year is going to suck.

Our doubles will most probably be:
1 Top-6
3 Mid-6 (including W. Lakes)
1 Bottom-6

Top-6 (1): Rich, GWS, Geel, Coll, Fitz, Rest
Mid-6 (2): Foot, Ess, Haw, North
Bot-6 (1): Freo, StK, Syd, Carl, Melb, Gold

My guess would be: GWS, Essendon, Hawthorn, and Fremantle.

---
P.S.: Our schedule would look something like this:
DOUBLES
Fremantle
W. Lakes
Hawthorn
G.W.S.
Essendon
HOME
W. Coast
Brisbane
Carlton
Collingwood
Footscray
Sydney
AWAY
G. Coast
Geelong
Melbourne
North
Richmond
St. Kilda

But, it is only an educated guess...

Will be keen to see who our double ups are besides the crows. It will go a long way to decide kens fate. As i think we will again float between 7 -10 for most of the season. Weaker team double ups will probably see us sneak in the 8

Mark it down... Hawks (away game in Launceston) and North twice (away game in Hobart)
we're due to have the Hawks here.

If the AFL were serious, they would make the doubles by tiers, but for the derbies.

For instance, in 2020, GWS/WC would swap each other for SYD/FRE respectively; while COL/BRI would do the same for CAR/GC. Everything else would remain the same: Top v Top; Mid v Mid; Bot v Bot.

If we get Orazio that is probably even more likely. Especially if we send them a player too.

I'd rather West Coast at home then Collingwood away.

Get off to a terrible start and pile the pressure on Hinkley early.

Personally I'm so over this regime, my only interest is in seeing change.
