Port, Sydney, West Coast, Gold Coast should get home games because don't they usually rotate which one plays home?

As will Richmond due to Carlton being the home team in 2019.

Thursday
Richmond v Carlton (MCG)

Friday
Hawthorn v Essendon (MCG)

Saturday
Early - North Melbourne v Brisbane (Docklands)
Afternoon - Sydney v Melbourne (SCG)
Night - Gold Coast v Fremantle (Metricon)
Night - Port Adelaide v St Kilda (AO)

Sunday
Early - Western Bulldogs v GWS (Docklands)
Afternoon - Collingwood v Adelaide (MCG)
Twilight - West Coast v Geelong (PS)

Perth rotate every year
Adelaide rotate every year
Sydney rotate every 3 years
Ever since 2012 the team to host round 1 in Queensland has been:
2012-GC
2013-GC
2014-GC
2015-BL
2016-GC
2017-GC
2018-GC
2019-BL
If this pattern continues GC will host again.
The teams to host round 1 will be:
West Coast
Port Adelaide
GWS
Gold Coast

Freemantle will get a lot of sunday 3.20 games (5.20 eastern). Get used to it.
Yeah I know they will, it's still stupid though. It's one of the worst timeslots of the season. Saturday afternoons would work so much better for our supporters. Hopefully we get some Saturday night games though like we did this season.

I think they’ll give us Carlton in Round 1 and Collingwood in Round 2 followed by GWS at the MCG in Round 3.

Round 1
Thursday: Richmond v Carlton

Round 2
Thursday: Collingwood vs Richmond

Round 3
Saturday night: Richmond vs GWS (Grand Final rematch)

Our fixtures are fairly static early on so this is what I am expecting.

As for the topic of this thread, all the away non-Victorian sides that share a ground would be scheduled to host I imagine.

I like it. But they won't waste a showdown on Rnd 1.

Maybe....
Western Bulldogs vs Port
Adelaide vs Saints
