$500k isn't too much it's average for a starting 22 player. The average of $370k (in the current deal) is dragged down by the 1-2 year players on around $100k avg.

Darcy Moore is almost Peter Knights'ish in defence. Why would anyone in their right mind shift him away from there? We have hardly played a game with all our forwards since the 2018 GF. We have the goods already, just get them on the park!

Because he was very close to leaving Collingwood at the end of 2017 to go to Brisbane and we upped the offer to him. He is also one game away from a trigger in his current contract to grant him an extension as reported on trade radio today so his contract might actually be out at the end of 2021.
