Always a simple sucker for such team listings.

So here’s mine.

Note: to me it’s not really about the side you would field today to play a game, it’s more about acknowledging the better 22 of the time frame. The simple strategy by me is to basically note 6 backs, 6 forwards, 6 on ballers.
Then the 4 unlucky players get the bench spots.
Each category of defence and forward, should have 2 key players in the key positions with 1 ruck in the on ball players.
There can be some flexibility but that’s essentially it.

I'm not sure where burns was originally on your team but I'm assuming it was half back where crisp has been put.

I'd still have burns on the field over crisp, if that could make sense in terms of position. Burns is still criminally underrated, particularly outside of Collingwood. He was a huge part of our team for years.

When I created my goal compilation of every career alan didak goal, the amount of times burns was feeding it out of the pack was incredible.

Do you think howe could hold down full back (with moore the only other key defender at CHB) if i took presti out?

i agree reid at his best is better than presti however injuries meant reid did not get to have enough impact over a long enough period of time for me.
