Yes, and Hutchings?
I don't even think the Saints would take 46 TBH.
I wouldn't give 46 for Acres and miss out on a potential Worpel. He'd probably win our WAFL B&F though.Would Acres be best 22 and if so who does he push out?
I don’t think he is so I’d be reluctant to give up much more than 46
That's probably overs i think.
One or the other might be enough.
Unless it's 'hypothetically' something like Geelongs future 3rd + 45 for Acres + Future 4th?

If you give me a choice of Ben Sokol or Acres, I know who I'm taking.I think St Kilda might ask for that, given he's contracted. 46 is more valuable to us as our first hand in the draft, so it probably is overs.
St Kilda might consider giving him away for cheap to clear some salary cap. They still have to get Zac Jones.
What you suggested would be more fair though.
I think Worpel is the exception, rather than the rule. TBH I think we're less likely to get someone better than Acres with that pick.
I don’t think they’ll take it either
Oh and I don’t have Hutchings in my best 22
Who would you have take Hutchings' spot?
At the moment I have IN: Kelly, Cameron OUT: Masten, Rioli so Hutch is still best 22 for mine.

Becoming increasingly evident that clubs don’t rate this draft
Acres would provide depth for our weakest area of the ground, though. Even though we have Kelly, we're still relying on a lot of youngsters to be our midfield depth.
Or if we'd held off for a few days we may have got a better deal? Im very happy to have kelly at the club but that was always going to be the outcome one way or another. Keeping one of those second rounders wouldve been niceKelly deal looking better and better.
Kelly, Yeo, Shuey, gaff, sheed and redden all ahead of him in the midfield
Hutchings fighting with Cameron, Petruccelle and hopefully Venables for the last 2 forward spots.
Do we need one? We’ve got NicNat, Hickey, Vardy and a developing Williams with Brooksby a chance of staying and Allen able to play as the backup. So many ruckmen being traded around. Surely there are some half decent ones lurking around in Aus somewhere.
Last year Essendon and Dodoro played hardball with the Shiel trade to the point it went to the last minutes of the trade period and they still ended up paying top dollar. This year, no-one has nominated to go to Essendon.this.
If someone can show me the evidence to how being "tough traders" leads to premierships I'm all ears
