Who's people tipping to go pick 1? The word seems to be us leaning towards Newton, but I wouldn't mind McEvoy

I want us to get Ella Wood. I know nothing about her but she sounds like a real Franco Cozzo type of player.

Make her captain straight away. E. Wood (c) has a familiar ring to it.

I think we have a bunch of positions to fill but I think we need a big midfielder or two first.

Losing Conti on the wing hurt, so another winger then maybe a tall utility to replace Ernst.

Up forward I think we have quite a lot of talent.

Look forward to seeing who we get!

My money is on McEvoy but honestly
We can't fail with Pick 1 this year, the talent pool is really improving

From Ararat, nice girl and has been playing for years. Played with Georgia Clarke, Rene Caris and Nekaela Butler in the Ararat Storm team. First two are already on Geelong's list already and Nekaela is draft eligible this year.

There is so much waffling on, just get on with it!
Forgot this was happening, and thought I would have missed the first few picks. Just tuned in, nothing happened yet. Good thing they've packed in some filler

F, I hate streams where the sound isn't in synch with the visual part of streams. Find it annoying watching something, and then hearing what was said come through two seconds later.

No live trading in the womens draft?

Would be nice to bundle 6, 8 & 9 into 2 or 3 and something later.

sadly doesn't work when we can only trade with Victoria clubs

Didn't think we'd go with a forward first pick tbh, but definitely will be a great player

With Izzy still being 50/50 due to her injuries it's a smart move
