They have what should be the clear best 2 teams once and both at home (Richmond and West Coast).

Double up against the worst side in the comp by a mile (GC)

2 x Double ups against North + Hawks (both will likely be bottom 6-8)

1 x Double up against an ageing Geelong

1 x Double up against Collingwood (the only hard one which you’d expect after finishing top 6)

6 of their last 7 games in Qld or NSW only having to travel a long distance once to Melbourne to play Carlton.


It’s a lot easier than the rest of the top 8 outside of maybe Bulldogs.

Would be an easier draw if they doubled up against us.
