A family friend has Cystic Fibrosis and had to have a lung transplant. He would have been dead by about 27 or something. Now he is in his 30s and going well. I think seeing someone benefit from a transplant helps make the decision easier. I was going to do it anyway since I don't need them when I am dead.

I had a friend who was in a similar position got a heart lung transplant

That's another downfall of serial killers is that they like to keep stuff from their victims as trophies.

Someone who is an active smoker or heavy drinker wouldn't be eligible because they would be too "high risk"

Pretty sure my entire immediate family are registered organ donors. If they weren't but were in a position to be so I would do it any way

The girlfriend of the main ringleader who suspected him of the murder was sent into his holding cell with a wire and got him to confess to the murder.

Very brave of her, she had to testify against him in court as well, she was the key witness that brought them down, like Paul Onions in the Milat case.

I’m a card carrying organ donor and it was the death of my nephew that inspired me to sign up when I saw just how many people benefited.

I saying that it’s probably going to end up at some university for future science graduates to work on because I can’t see my organs being that useful to anyone in the long run.

I’ll be dead so it’s not like my organs will be of any use to me. Not up to me to decide who gets my organs. Also a family friend of mine is only alive today because she received a liver transplant at the age of 23.
